Where do I turn on access to Message Center in the Administration Console?
In the Administration Console, choose your user organization. On the Organization Management page that appears, under Organization Settings, click Branding. For detailed information, please see “Brand Your Message Center” and “Message Center Classic and Message Center” in the Administration Guide.
