Where do I submit the PIN agreement form and the PAN proof / KYC Compliance Document?
You may submit the signed PIN agreement form and the *PAN proof / KYC Compliance Document at any our ISC’s. The details of the same are available on our website. You may also submit the same directly to KARVY offices. Please click here for address details. *(Applicants are requested to submit attested copy of PAN card. Attestation can be done by a distributor, a bank manager, or a notary on production of the original copy. Applications without the PAN details will be rejected.
