Unlike other Medi-Cal programs, the Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program is administered by authorized providers. To apply for the BCCTP program you must enroll through the state’s existing Cancer Detection Section (CDS) or Family Planning, Access, Care and Treatment (Family PACT).
