Where do I send my Alcide stock certificates for exchange?
In mid-August, Alcide’s shareholders of record will receive a Letter of Transmittal from EquiServe, Ecolab’s exchange agent, together with specific instructions. Generally, Alcide shareholders should promptly return the Letter of Transmittal to EquiServe along with your Alcide stock certificates. If you have any questions about the exchange process please call EquiServe at 1-800-730-4001. Telephone assistance is available Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Alternatively, shareholders of record may e-mail questions to Equiserve at shareholder-equiserve@equiserve.com.
