Where do I send a student wanting an override into a class?
An override is the request to be allowed into a course in which a student either does not meet the prerequisites or in which the class is full based on the established enrolment. This process occurs from the moment enrollment opens on a given semester through the 5th day of class. For classes within CAS, please direct students to http://override.cas.msu.edu. The override requests are received by the Academic and Student Affairs Office. Students receive an email notifying them of the decision of their request.
