If you have received a notice from the Department with an address indicated for mailing payments, please use that address along with the payment voucher if one has been provided. If you do not have a notice or payment voucher please mail your payment to: Central Collection Section Wisconsin Department of Revenue P.O. Box 8901 Madison, WI 53708-8901 Be sure to include your identification number on all payments.
