We ask that the books with the pink banners be returned by COURIER clearly addressed to the External Document Delivery Unit, Document Delivery, NRC-CISTI, National Research Council Canada, Montreal Road Campus, M-55, Room 29, Ottawa Ontario K1A 0R6 by the due date indicated on the pink banner. This procedure will help prevent books from being lost. Lost books cost you money and can jeopardize our borrowing privileges with other libraries.
