Where do I report trouble players and rule breakers?

Please get the users IP, Steam ID or any associated information you can gather about the individual you wish to report before doing so. At minimum, please record the time and name of the person and we may be able to find them in the logs to deal with. Screenshots, demos and any other evidence is always helpful to drive home a proper ban. Please report these players either via our chat room on irc.gamesnet.net #rilancenter, emailing us or by calling us during open hours at 401-490-3249.
