If the in-kind donations are used to achieve goals and objectives, you may report that activity in narrative question 31 (goals and objectives). You may also report on this activity in narrative question 35 (other information about effectiveness). However, since the LAV grant does not require in-kind donations or a match, you would not report any activities supported by donations in the rest of the form.
