A. (1) If you can access the UC-eLinks service page, click on the *Report a problem with UC-eLinks* button and then fill out the form. This is sent to CDL to determine if it is a CDL e-resource for them to investigate, or if it is a UCB problem that they will send back to UCB for resolution. (2) Otherwise, you can send reports to eproblem@library.berkeley.edu. Or submit a FootPrints request at: http://sunsite3.berkeley.edu/MRcgi/MRentrancePage.pl (You must be a *customer* of FootPrints E-Help Project in order to submit requests. Send an email message to eproblem requesting a FootPrints login/password.) IMPORTANT: Provide the following information: the source of a broken link (i.e. Pathfinder, ERF, A-Z list); the IP address of the PC you are using; (If you do not know your IP address, go to: http://whatismyip.com/ and this website will tell you what it is.); the error message you received.
