Where do I receive training to operate and maintain my MCD cremation unit?
Once your unit has been installed, MCD will send to your location a factory-trained technician to place your unit in operation. He will inspect the unit for proper installation, make recommendations if necessary, and instruct you and your staff on the proper operation of the unit. Our highly trained Technician will teach your personnel under actual operating conditions by processing your first cremation(s) with them. Operational questions can be answered during startup, after that your personnel can utilize our 24-hour service line for questions that may come up after their initial training.
