Where do I put my WSL Central Acquisitions (CACQ) money under revenue and expenditures?

The money you spend from your CACQ account was already yours and should have been counted as income in the year in which it was received. Do not count the same revenue in more than one fiscal year. Any money you spend out of your CACQ account is an expenditure in the fiscal year in which you spend it. Any interest you earn under your CACQ account goes under “Other” income, interest. Do NOT count your CACQ interest as state funding.
