Where do I pick up the keys and security pass?

The keys will be sent to you via Recorded Delivery to an address in the UK. If requested or you reside outside the UK you will need a “Meet and Greet Service” at extra cost. A security pass will be found at the villa of your choice. This pass MUST be left at the villa on your departure day.
