Where do I pick up the courtesy shuttle at SeaTac Airport?
At the transportation courtesy shuttle area on level 3, just one level below the sky bridges, islands one or three. A courtesy phone connecting you to lot A, B, C, or our Valet Garage is located at island one or three to directly contact your lot. Just watch for the bright yellow MasterPark shuttle with your Lot A, B, or C in the upper-left corner of the windshield.
Islands 1 and 3 on the third floor of the parking garage at SeaTac Airport serve as the drop off and pick up area for all courtesy vans and shuttles. This includes hotels and motels in the area, off-site rental car facilities and off-site parking lots. There are courtesy phones located on the islands, or you may call them directly from your own cell phone after you’ve picked up your luggage. To reach the third floor of the parking structure, you must go up the escalator from the baggage claim area and use the sky-bridge on the fourth floor, then descend again by escalator once inside the parking structure. Access is not available directly from street level. For questions or concerns, an attendant is available at the Ground Transportation Information Booth located on the third floor of the parking garage. The dedicated symbol used at SeaTac Airport for courtesy shuttles is a blue circle containing an image of a van.
