For Electrical and Plumbing re-inspection fee, you do not need to fill out a new permit application, but do need to pay the fee at the Department of Building Inspection, Permit Services – Central Permit Bureau. New fees took effect on September 2, 2008 that applies to all building permits issued on or after September 2, 2008.
