From the Department of Parks, Recreation and Sport, and Cultural Resources for moorings located in Mount Sinai Harbor. For all other water bodies they may be obtained from the Division of Environmental Protection. If the proposed mooring is located in the Port Jefferson Harbor Complex, the applications can also be obtained from the Port Jefferson, Belle Terre, Old Field, and Poquott Village Halls.
