If you have media for transcription that cannot be e-mailed, please place your order with us using the contact us page, then package carefully and ship to: My Scribe Pro c/o Nicole H. Simpson 7427 Earl Gray Way Corryton, TN 37721 Please be aware that we can not be held responsible for master copies that have been sent to us. Of course, we will make every effort to handle masters with care. However, we strongly advise you to make copies of any physical media you want transcribed. Also, there will be an additional handling charge if you would like your media returned to you.
