Once you are Level 50, head over to Water Dragon Castle (in Marine Prairie) and talk to Amane (299, 369). She will give you the “Suspicions [Skill]” Quest, which you must first complete. Once you do, she will give you the “Strengthening [Skill]” Quest. Once you complete the second quest, you will learn Berserk Evo, and your Beast Form will be evolved.
