Where do I go to get support for the Matrox Xenia Series board?
Generally speaking, Matrox Xenia Series boards are offered by medical OEM display manufacturers and/or their representatives agents and partners. These boards have undergone specific testing and compliance by these partners, in some cases achieving specific government certifications. Associated software delivered in the partner package, including drivers and utilities, may rely on the partner’s approved software releases. These products are then sold to PACS developers and integrators who may adopt a specific board and software combination to deploy. ISVs are thus encouraged to contact the appropriate display partner for first level support—including approved drivers—since all partners will differ in their delivered solutions. ISVs performing higher level program development and design may work directly with Matrox to architect applications in order to take full advantage of the Matrox hardware.
