Some sort of builds are released quicker than others, for example, CURRENT builds are released quicker than RELEASE builds, and EDGE builds are released quicker than CURRENT Builds. To find the latest builds, go to http://layer2.cpanel.net , look for your operating system (FreeBSD/Linux). Thanks for using cPanel!
