Where do I get the photocard renewal form from?
The DVLA will post the form to you 56 days before your photocard runs out. If you haven’t received your form, or you’ve lost it, you can still use the service at the Post Office if you present both parts of your driving licence at the branch. If you do not have both parts of your licence you can get another form (called Form D1) at the Post Office® or online, and apply direct to DVLA.
