You can find materials on eBay or you can borrow them from friends of yours. Sometimes you can even go to the library and check out homeschooling materials. Our local library has an entire shelving area just for homeschooling materials. You might be able to get retired textbooks from your local school system. And if you do a search online, you will find many, many companies that will be able to help you with homeschooling materials. Your best bet is to think about what subjects you need to teach. For example, if you pulled your child out of school because they’re struggling with reading, you want to make sure that you get a really good reading program, because otherwise, you’re not going to achieve your goal of improving your child’s reading.
