If you go to the following website, you can download the update patch file. http://www.adaptec.com/products/overview/cdrgrid.html I bought a 4X write 8X read Mitsumi CD writer from Kodak. The software provided for the CD-R is CeQuadrat s ToGo software. Where do I get technical support for this? Please e-mail martint@kodak.com or doh@kodak.com. I have CeQuadrat s ToGo! Software and it can not recognize the audio CD tracks I am trying to copy. Is there some hardware configuration I need to do? If you aren’t able to write from CD to CD, the source drive isn t transferring the audio fast enough. We know the CD-R is OK because when you write from the hard drive it works fine. You may have to keep doing things this way. You should not have anything running in the background when you are writing to a CD. Press Ctrl Alt Delete and end task on everything except Explorer, systray, and the writing software.
