These cables are available from most electrical supply stores, such as Dick Smith, Tandy, JayCar, and other similar outlets. Some retail stores will also hold them in stock. They are referred to by a number of different names, all of the listed here: RS232 Crossover Cable (or Serial or COM port crossover cable) Null Modem Cable (this is NOT the same as a normal modem cable) PC-to-PC Serial Connection Cable.
