• Any person who is storing fireworks is required to be registered or licensed with their local Trading Standards Department. • Registrations and licenses are valid for up to 1 year and they expire on 30th September of each year. • Licenses are required for storage of more than 500kg net weight of explosives. • If you intend to sell fireworks all year round you will need an additional licence.
