We do not require DMV printouts at the time of application; we may require one after a job offer has been made. If so, you can obtain an official copy of your H6 driving record from your local DMV office. We recommend you keep the original printout and provide us with a photocopy. We do not accept DMV printouts over 30 days old.

You can obtain an official copy of your driving record (DMV printout) from your local Department of Motor Vehicles office. There is a DMV office located at 455 Pacific Avenue, in Fairfield. For additional information, you may call DMV at 800-777-0133. We recommend that you keep your original DMV printout and submit a copy with your application.
