It is in the quick links drop down on the University’s web page http://www.wvstateu.edu or on the left side navagation near the bottom on the Community and Technical Colleges page http://www.wvsctc.edu. You can also go to it directly by entering http://webct.wvstateu.edu:8900 in the address line or URL, or Location area of your browser.
