The latest PCI Pamette firmware is distributed with PCI Pamette software package in the file prefetch.rbt. On Windows NT assuming you installed the kit in D:\Pam, the firmware is in the file D:\Pam\lib\prefetch.rbt, so you should type “prom write D:\Pam\lib\prefetch.rbt”. On Tru64 UNIX the firmware is in the file /usr/lib/Pam/prefetch.rbt, so you should type “ppam_prom write /usr/lib/Pam/prefetch.rbt”. You will need to power-cycle your machine for the firmware change to take effect.
