Where do I find the iBenefit icons on Caremark.com?
The iBenefit icons appear in the View Prescription History area, which is found under the “Prescriptions & Coverage” tab. Here you will find a complete list of the prescription medicines that you have ordered from Caremark during the past 24 months. The icons appear in the “Savings Options” column. Icons listed under “Mail” help you choose the most cost-effective delivery method. The icons tell you when you could have saved money by ordering your medicines via the Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy or when you already saved money by obtaining your medicines through the Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy rather than a retail pharmacy. Icons listed under “Drug” tell you how you could have saved money by choosing a generic medicine, when available; when it would have been less expensive to choose a brand name medicine on the Caremark Drug List; or when you already saved money by choosing the most cost-effective medicine available under your plan.
