They’re on the website, in one downloadable file. On the public side of the website, you’ll find them under Documents and then Legal Documents. On the resident-only side you’ll find them under the RESOURCES tab. Click on Documents. Among the document options, click on Legal Documents. Or just click here. It’s a large file that may take a minute or two to download. This file is up to date. You may print out the documents if you want a paper copy.
