Where do I find the Carbonite Backup Drive?
If you don’t see the blue Carbonite Backup Drive lock icon on your Desktop, you can access the backup drive from the ‘My Computer’ directory. Click the Windows Start menu, then click on ‘My Computer’ to open the directory. (Note: ‘My Computer’ is called ‘Computer’ in Windows Vista.) Double-click the blue lock icon to open the Carbonite Backup Drive. If you are using a Mac, click here for instructions on locating the Carbonite Backup Drive.
