Where do I find the Account ID, Group Name and Group Password?
Your Account ID is your unique account number. You can find it by logging into your assessment administration account (administrator’s entry page http://business.hrpersonality.com – note “business.” After http://…), clicking the “Support” tab, and then “View/Edit Profile” link on the left hand side. The Group Name and the Group Password are the ones you set for the group in which you collect the assessments. To find the group name and the group password, log into your assessment administration account (http://business.hrpersonality.com), click “Groups” tab and review all available groups. Initially, your account is setup with one group named “General”. You can create more groups if you need to, for the convenience of grouping your candidates, separate groups for different job openings. For more information about groups please read FAQ #13.
