do u have the oblivion guide book? – If soo look it up in the alchemy section. It gives you all items, their positive and negative effects, their effects when combined with other items and last but not least where they are primarilarly located. I had to do this and without the book I’d have broke the game in half and threw it out the window many moons ago. On the contrary if you do not have the guide book (which you need to get ASAP); DRAGON TONGUES can be found anywhere south east of Bravil in The West Weald and A CONCENTRATION OF THEM IS JUST SOUTH OF BAWN! REDWORT FLOWERS can be found in Northern Blackwood WITH A CONCENTRATION OF THEM IN MORAHAME. eASIEST THING IS TO GET JUST ONE OF EACH THOUGH AND USE THE DUPLICATING GLITCH IN THE GAME TO DUPLICATE HOW MANY YOU WISH TO CARRY. Just remember to keep one of each always on you incase of other mis-haps with the very strict Mages Guild! Happy game playing my comrade!
