You don’t. The PS3 doesn’t have the hardware to play PS2 games so having software won’t help. I’ve not heard of any hardware mods for it either (it would be illegal to mod the console though anyway) – only the 60GB played all PS2 games and the original 80GB played some. Now there aren’t any that will play PS2 games.
