To get more information about making tables in FlowJo, visit the reference manual pages describing the Table Editor. 2.7.2 I created table and multiple columns have identical values. FlowJo creates one column for every statistic that you drag into the Table Editor. So if you drag the same statistic from three different samples into the Table Editor, then each one of those three will be applied to all samples – resulting in three identical columns in the output.
