Where do I find information about property auctions?
In the UK there are over 460 auctioneers and unlike estate agents, they don’t just sell property on their doorstep. Also properties that are repossessed for example are usually placed with a big auctioneer who may be at the other end of the country!! Services like the ones you have found are useful in the sense that you can search by area and pick up properties from a whole heap of auctioneers, not just one or two. If you choose to use of of these services just make sure that they have a phone number and address so you know they are ‘real’. But for less than £100 quid a year for the site I use, you can save yourself a heap load of time searching. Hope that helps!
