Where do I find any dinosaur fossils in New England?
the lower connecticut river valley in holyoke, hadley, and possiby in connecticut has footprints. The problem is most of new englands sedimentary rocks were ground up and destroyed by glaciers leaving only metamorphic and igneous rocks behind, which are usually from pre-mezozoic periods (thus no dinosaurs) and are cooked, heated, or pressure deformed (thus no fossils are likely to survive).
