Please go to the FSC Downloads website (http://www.fujitsu-siemens.com/support/downloads.html) and type systemdiagnostics in the full text search box. You will be presented with two tools. The first one is Systemdiagnostics and can run from within Windows (unzip to a location on your hard drive and double click the exe file to install the tool). If you cannot get into Windows, please download Systemdiagnostics DOS. Once unzipped this will be in iso image format. The pdf manual included in the download has full instructions on how to use this image to make a bootable diagnostic CD.
