Castle Hills and DCFWSD have specific rules and regulations that all contractors and builders working in the neighborhood must abide by. If you have a complaint, concern or question regarding the builders or contractors during working hours, please contact the Building Services Department. For issues such as noise complaints, working after approved working hours, contact the City of Lewisville Police Department non-emergency number.
