Where do I check in at the airport for an Ambassadair trip?
For trips on the Clubs charter flights, check in at the Ambassadair check-in counter at the main terminal of Indianapolis International Airport. Ambassadairs check-in counter is located next to ATA on the upper (departures) level of the terminal. The ATA/Ambassadair counter is located in the middle of the terminal, or, as we say, in the “elbow” of the L-shaped terminal building. Look for the curbside signage—it says ATA and Ambassadair. (Ambassadair check-in is not allowed at the ATA curbside station.) If the trip operates on a commercial airline, you will usually meet the Travel Director at that carriers counter for check-in. Check-in information is included in flight documents mailed to you prior to departure.
