First you have to get to Device Manager. Once youre there, highlight the wireless card listed under Network Adapters and click on Properties. Click on the Advanced button and you should see it there. The dialog should look like this: *Note* it is required that the settings needs to be changed according to the settings on the wireless router. If the Channel on your wireless router is 3 then change the value on the card to 3. This applies on the SSID also.
