Where do I add the user name and the OWA URL in the setup dialog?

If you do not see any fields to enter your user name and the OWA URL, most likely the Exchange plugin is not enabled. Please enable it (go to “Edit | Plugins”) and try to create the account. You will see the username and OWA URL fields. And you will be able to proceed, once you authenticate.
