• On the back of the Sport License application passport number and horse’s name • Otherwise, if you received a Renewal Invoice, all horses that are currently under your ownership will be listed on page 3 and those “Active In Sport” will have been totaled on the front of the form. • To change the status of any horse on your Renewal Invoice, please make the changes directly on the form, and add or deduct fees from the first page (on the Horse License fee line) and change the total accordingly. • For your convenience, online renewal is available.
