Where do gnats come from?
Fungus and gal gnats are found near plants in or around your home. They lay their eggs in moist soil, although gal gnats can lay eggs on your plant causing it health damage. Non-biting midges can be found around plants that live in or around water. They are pests but they don’t bite… Biting midges however are found in mud, sand or near rotting plants. Females look for blood meals or nectar. A good terminator can take care of these pests, and some are even using organic solutions around homes.
