Where do files go when they reach their expiry date?
Expired files are deleted from the Document Space and transferred to the Expired folder in FileSphere Administration To access expired files: Right click on the FileSphere icon and select Administration Expand the Document Space and select Expired All expired files will be displayed You can backup the expired files from here, delete them permanently or reset expiry dates to return them to their Document Space.
