All applications for US visas, along with supporting documents, must be submitted to the US Embassy in Phnom Penh. Prior to 1 February 2008, immigrant visa processing was handled by the US Embassy in Bangkok. The US Embassy in Phnom Penh has resumed handling immigrant visa processing and the US Embassy has also resumed mailing appointment letters to Cambodian addresses.
