Where do applicants go for to take their drug test?
American DataBank will mail the applicant a list of approved drug testing site locations. If the applicant does not get tested at an approved facility, third party collection fees (typically between $15-$35 dollars) will apply. Utilizing an unapproved site also increases the likelihood of a sample becoming lost, applicants need to be sure to keep a copy of the Chain of Custody form in case we need to locate a sample.
