Where did the shed specifications come from? Are they part of the deed restrictions?
The shed specifications in use at Clairborne are not an official part of the deed restrictions. The specifications were originally developed by the Handler Corporation and they have been in use since the start of the community. The Handlers explained that they have applied the shed specifications to all requests for shed installations long before the community had established a Maintenance Corporation. These specifications therefore, have established a standard for sheds that the ACC has adopted and applied consistently as a community standard.
