Where did the name Yalick Farms originate?
Our site once belonged to the Yalick Family. The Yalicks were known for growing plants and vegetables here on our site. Many folks in the community have had such ties to this land across the last century that we thought it only fitting to honor the family and community with a reminder of what this farm once meant to the people here. In fact, the Yalick Sisters are responsible for the road names on our site. We have also refurbished the old farmhouse and barn to help create that feeling of tradition. Our water tower on site is custom designed to look like a silo and is tucked into the corner of the barn area. We certainly hope that Yalick Farms Luxury Condos & Shoppes become as much a successful part of the community as the Yalick Family, we’re off to a nice start!
