Where did the name QualComm come from?
QualComm’s name is derived from two basic elements. The first is Quality. The founders of the company are experts in call centers and call center technology, particularly quality management and delivery. The Qual in QualComm is our ability to use that knowledge to create a high quality offshore outsourcing solution for our clients. The second part of the name is derived from Commitment. We see modern companies trying to compete in a global economy flooded with requirements in customers communications. Our primary goal is to help these companies with top Quality and high Commitment. Hence the name QualComm was born.
